Account Creation, Security & Account Policies
Registration & Verification
Creating an account on superbaji requires accurate and complete information. Each individual may only hold one account. Opening multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed. Identity verification must be completed at the time of your first withdrawal.
Password & Security
Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, change your password immediately and contact support. superbaji will not be liable for any loss resulting from negligence in keeping your account secure.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Superbaji may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances: providing false information, operating multiple accounts, attempting fraud or unfair advantage, engaging in activity harmful to the platform, or any serious breach of these terms. The return of any valid balance following account closure is subject to review.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As a superbaji user, you are required to comply with the following:
- Use the platform for lawful purposes only and do not engage in any fraudulent activity.
- Unauthorized access to the platform's technical systems, or placing bets using automated software or bots, is strictly prohibited.
- Attempting to access another user's account or steal their information is strictly prohibited.
- Misusing the platform's bonuses or promotional offers — such as creating multiple accounts to bypass bonus conditions — is strictly prohibited.
- Harassment or offensive conduct toward other users on the platform is not permitted.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited and will result in legal action.
Superbaji reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and, where necessary, report it to the relevant authorities.
Payments, Transactions & Bonus Terms
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on superbaji are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other local payment methods. Funds are typically credited to your account within a few minutes. Identity verification is mandatory for withdrawals, and processing generally takes 24–72 hours.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
All bonuses and promotional offers come with specific rollover or wagering requirements. Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it becomes withdrawable only after the required conditions are met. Each bonus offer has a set expiry date, and any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
